Judgement and Possesion

Even though hundreds of, publicly funded, politicians have aired across the country on television, radio and internet, howling and proclaiming sound ideas for funding homeless programs in the U.S., Civil Court Judges fail to connect the dot to the shelter, and in caveman style continue to evict citizens into a mass of nowhere under the premise there are no other solutions.
